在拖拉机的行走系統中,履带板是磨損最多的零件之一,因此,降低履带板的磨損,提高其使用寿命是一項重要的課題。长期以来,拖拉机履带板采用高錳鋼制造。生产高錳鋼需要炼鋼設备和低碳錳鉄;并且高錳鋼虽然具有較高的冲击韧性和耐磨性,但是許多研究者的工作表明:在拖拉机履带板的工作条件下,它的特性得不到充分的发揮。基于这种情况,研究高錳鋼履带板的代用材料是現实而重要的問题。
In a tractor running system, the track shoe is one of the most worn parts. Therefore, it is an important issue to reduce the wear of the track shoe and improve its service life. For a long time, tractor track shoes were made of high manganese steel. The production of high-manganese steel requires steelmaking equipment and low-carbon manganese crucibles; and although high-manganese steels have high impact toughness and wear resistance, many researchers’ work shows that: under the working conditions of tractor track shoes, it’s The characteristics cannot be fully utilized. Based on this situation, the study of substitute materials for high manganese steel track shoes is a real and important issue.
