本文从马克思的具体到抽象再从抽象到具体、逻辑与历史相统一、定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法论入手，分析了马克思价值决定理论的完成、理论体系和结构，指出价值决定理论起于《资本论》第一卷，完成于《资本论》第三卷，它是价值质的决定和量的决定、个量商品价值决定和总量商品价值决定的统一。其中个量商品价值决定只是简单商品经济的价值决定，总量商品价值决定才是资本主义发达商品经济的价值决定。
