近年来,我国房地产价格上涨之风迅速由一线城市转向二三线、三四线城市,且大有愈演愈烈之势,形成了我国的高房价。究其原因主要是游离资本的投资投机性需求引起的,制订相应的政策法规、建立创新机制、疏通渠道、鼓励引导这些资本流向正确的渠道——自主创新,不仅可解决高房价的问题,而且能推动我国经济发展走向健康的可持续发展的轨道。
