本文报告羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷(HA)种植前牙一次性植入的动物实验和临床研究.拔除家兔上前牙,即刻植入HA 种植牙,固定并观察3个月和6个月的标本电镜观察见种植界面为骨性结合,紧密嵌合。临床应用于25例患者28颗(?),根据术前牙片与模型选HA 成品根,在其上作光固化冠修复成为牙整体。拔除患牙,将消毒的HA 种植(?)立即植入新鲜拔牙窝内,结扎固定。所做种植手术均获成功。
