体制改革的问题,自中国改革开放以来,就是我们一直都在考虑和讨论的问题,涉及到有关国家政治,经济以及人民生活的方方面面。 改革开放这20多年来,中国的各行各业都在进行着体制改革,只是力度有大有小。放开得早的行业,体制改革进行得较早,也进行得较彻底,到目前为止已趋于合理与完善;而垄断的行业,体制改革的力度较小,目前存在的争议也较多。
Since the reform and opening up in China, the issue of structural reform has been the issue that we have been considering and discussing all the time. It involves all aspects of the country’s politics, economy and people’s livelihood. Over the past 20 years or more since the reform and opening up, all walks of life in China are carrying out institutional reforms with the exception of strength. As soon as the industries started to be let go, the reform of the system took place earlier and more thoroughly and so far has been rationalized and improved. However, the monopolistic industries and the reform of the system have been less vigorous and there are still more disputes.
