以聚对氨基苯磺酸修饰廉价的石墨电极(PABSA/SG)制备检测莱克多巴胺(RAC)的电化学传感器,并采用循环伏安法(CV)、交流阻抗法(EIS)及差分脉冲法(DPV)对传感器进行了表征和研究。结果表明,在p H 7.5 PBS、富集时间30 s、脉冲振幅0.1 V、电压增幅0.008 V的最优条件下,该传感器灵敏度高、稳定性好,其线性范围为5.00×10-7~5.00×10-5mol/L,检出限达5.00×10-7mol/L。将该传感器用于猪肉样品的检测,回收率为92.5%~108.7%。
Electrochemical sensors for the detection of ractopamine (RAC) were prepared by poly (p - aminobenzene sulfonic acid) modified low - cost graphite electrode (PABSA / SG) and characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), alternating current impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and differential pulse method DPV) to characterize and study the sensor. The results showed that the sensitivity and stability of the sensor under the optimal conditions of p H 7.5 PBS, enrichment time of 30 s, pulse amplitude of 0.1 V and voltage increase of 0.008 V ranged from 5.00 × 10-7 to 5.00 × 10-5mol / L, the detection limit of 5.00 × 10-7mol / L. The sensor for the detection of pork samples, the recovery rate was 92.5% ~ 108.7%.
