提出了一种结构简单、工作可靠、测量精度高的控制棒位置指示系统—故障在线监测自编码式棒位指示系统。该系统探测器由一个励磁线圈、N个测量线圈、一个补偿线圈和一根芯棒组成。其中,芯棒由M段导磁材料与M1段非导磁材料间隔分布构成。当芯棒随控制棒在测量线圈中央轴向运动时,励磁线圈上输入的交变信号必然在测量线圈上产生交变感应信号,通过接收这些测量线圈的输出信号并进行处理从而判断控制棒棒位。本文详细地介绍了该系统工作原理、硬件结构、软件框图及试验。结论表明:它比现役压水堆使用的线圈编码棒位指示系统性能优越并具有更多的功能—故障在线监测功能,它可完全满足供热堆的棒位测量要求并可用于其他水堆的棒位指示。 A control rod position indication system with simple structure, reliable operation and high measurement accuracy is put forward.
