ABO血型不合99%发生在孕妇O型血者[1],易引起流产、死胎及新生儿溶血症。本文收集有ABO血型不合的育龄期妇女122例,了解ABO血型不合与妊娠及自然流产的关系。报道如下。资料与方法1.资料收集2004年~2006年在本院优生遗传门诊行孕前检查的育龄期妇女(血型为O型其丈夫为非O型)122
ABO 99% of blood group in pregnant women with O-type blood [1], can easily lead to miscarriage, stillbirth and neonatal hemolytic disease. This article collected 122 cases of ABO blood group of childbearing age women to understand ABO blood group incompatibility with pregnancy and spontaneous abortion. Reported as follows.
