本文对我科30多年来送检的子宫平滑肌肿瘤作了回顾性复习。在753例子宫平滑肌肿瘤中，属于平滑肌肉瘤者6例；恶性潜能未定型平滑肌瘤13例；富于细胞性平滑肌瘤28例；奇异性平滑肌瘤6例；血管型平滑肌瘤3例；上皮样平滑肌瘤1例。本文对此57例平滑肌肿瘤予以分析，尤其是对平滑肌肉瘤的诊断标准进行了探讨，以上57例平滑肌肿瘤作者进行了尽可能的随访。
This article made a retrospective review of uterine smooth muscle tumors in our department for more than 30 years. In 753 cases of uterine smooth muscle tumors, 6 cases were leiomyosarcoma; 13 cases of malignant potential undetermined leiomyoma; 28 cases of cell-rich leiomyoma; 6 cases of singular leiomyoma; 3 cases of vascular leiomyoma One case of epithelioid leiomyoma. In this paper, 57 cases of smooth muscle tumors to be analyzed, in particular, the diagnostic criteria for leiomyosarcoma were discussed, the above 57 cases of smooth muscle tumor authors as much as possible follow-up.
