党校姓党,党校学风是党风的反映,把学风建设放在重要的位置,是由党校的工作性质决定的。当前,在创先争优活动中,加强学风建设、创建优良学风,是县乡党校教学管理体制改革与发展的重要内容。但近年来,学风不正的现象仍然不同程度地存在,因此,为充分发挥党校主阵地、主渠道和党性锻炼大熔炉的作用,必须重视学风建设。
