以KOH化学活化法制备的多孔炭为原料,通过固体渗硼(渗剂的质量分数为10%)而后850℃进行5h热处理以增加其抗氧化性能。结果表明:渗硼后多孔炭表面的活性点数量明显减少,有效抑制了氧化性气体与多孔炭的反应,从而提高了多孔炭的抗氧化能力。与多孔炭原料相比,尽管渗硼后微孔、中孔体积和比表面积降低,但其微反活性仍可达到70%。
Porous carbon prepared by KOH chemical activation method was used as raw material to improve its oxidation resistance by solid boronizing (penetration agent mass fraction 10%) and then heat treatment at 850 ℃ for 5h. The results showed that the amount of active sites on the surface of porous carbon after boronizing was obviously decreased, and the reaction between oxidizing gas and porous carbon was effectively suppressed, thereby improving the oxidation resistance of porous carbon. Compared with the porous carbon raw material, although the micropore, mesopore volume and specific surface area decreased after boronizing, the micro-activity can still reach 70%.
