The article reviews the clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant and adjuvant concurrent radiotherapy for gastric cancer. New adjuvant radiotherapy in the doctrine of taxane is widely favored; adjuvant concurrent radiotherapy earlier for clinical use, usually 5-Fu plus LV (leucovorin) combined with radiotherapy, while the use of other chemotherapeutic drugs are also explored in.
