中国科学技术信息研究所日前首次公布了2001年国内发明专利申请量前10位的高校,它们依次是:清华大学、上海交大、复旦大学、浙江大学、武汉大学、华南理工大学、天津大学、华东理工大学、华中科技大学、四川大学。据有关方面介绍,我国科学技术部“十五”期间将全面实施专利战略,对于应用性研究成果的评价,将从以发表论文数量和水平为主,转变为以获得专利为主。
Recently, China Institute of Science and Technology Information released the first 10 colleges and universities that applied for invention patents in China in 2001: Tsinghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, South China University of Technology, Tianjin University, East China Polytechnic University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University. According to relevant parties, China's Ministry of Science and Technology will implement the patent strategy in an all-round way during the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period. The evaluation of the results of applied research will shift from focusing on the number and level of published papers to obtaining patents.
