随着现今和谐社会的构建深化,着眼于厘清各方利益,主要研究所有权的行使合理、合法的限制问题,以法学的视野为国家立法提供建设性的对策,解决限制所有权滥用以及违法行使的法律建构问题。旨在通过法律建构的方式,厘清权利义务关系,对物权法在适用中的司法解释问题提出建设性的意见。
