电力营销是供电企业的一项主要业务,其管理效果对供电企业的发展也就有了重要的影响。通过对市场上的经营风险和不安全因素进行全面的分析和预测,充分依据市场的调查结果和定位,从而制定出一套最适的营销策略。好的营销策略能够有效地提高企业的营销管理水平和企业的供电效益,同时还能够使供电企业的营销氛围得到有效的改善,进而促进企业内部资源的流动性。本文对现阶段的供电企业的营销策略中存在的问题展开分析,并对如何加强和提高企业的营销管理策略进行了探讨。
Power marketing is a major business of power supply enterprises, and its management effect also has a significant impact on the development of power supply enterprises. Through a comprehensive analysis and forecast of the operational risk and unsafe factors in the market, we fully formulate a set of optimal marketing strategies based on the market survey results and positioning. A good marketing strategy can effectively improve the marketing management level and the power supply efficiency of the enterprise, meanwhile it can effectively improve the marketing atmosphere of the power supply enterprise and further promote the liquidity of the internal resources of the enterprise. This article analyzes the existing problems in the marketing strategies of the power supply enterprises and discusses how to strengthen and improve the marketing management strategies of the enterprises.
