随着人类所面临的资源短缺和环境污染问题越来越严重,可持续发展已经成为全球共识,成为政府、企业和个人共同的责任和义务。绿色金融和赤道原则就是金融机构实践可持续发展的有益尝试。对国内金融业开展绿色金融和践行赤道原则的情况做了简要介绍,指出目前国内金融界关注的重点仍然是以资源和环境问题为主,较少涉及职业安全和职业卫生工作,并在此基础上提出应将职业安全和职业卫生工作同绿色金融和赤道原则相结合,更好地保护劳动者的权益,保护劳动力资源,实现经济社会可持续发展。
