浙江大学马克思主义学院博士研究生、浙江树人大学基础部讲师罗云在来稿中指出:马克思主义认为,信用制度的作用具有二重性,正如《资本论》第三卷第二十七章《信用在资本主义生产上的作用》所述,信用在资本主义社会生产中有着重要的价值,它能促成利润率的均衡、节减各种流通费用,促成股份公司的成立,并使资本家可以在一定界限之内绝对地支配别人的资本。毫无疑问,在社会主义市场经济条件下,信用也具有以上的积极意义,这是问题的主要方面。
