围绕高职机电设备运行与维护专业的改革与建设,探索与水力发电龙头企业的合作发展,结合区域水电行业特点,创新“柔性”工学交替的人才培养模式,建设数字仿真、实物仿真结合的校内仿真实训基地,项目驱动培养具有“教师+工程师+培训师”三师能力的师资队伍,在专业建设的诸多方面与企业共同进行了有益的探索,形成了“长江电力”专业建设模式。
