目的实验研究几种常见的免疫抑制剂与激动剂对湖北钉螺酚氧化酶活性的影响。方法将实验钉螺置于4组免疫刺激剂植酸、维生素C、β-葡聚糖、脂多糖及去氯水对照组中浸泡60min,去壳,取软体组织通过匀浆、离心分别获取粗制酶液,以邻苯二酚为底物用比色法测定各组酶活力,结果进行统计学分析。结果对照组各时间段与0h间比较,差异均无统计学意义(F=2.10,P>0.05);植酸和维生素浸泡后各时间段与对照组比较酚氧化酶(PO)活力下降(P<0.05),随着时间的延长活力逐渐下降,β-葡聚糖和脂多糖处理后PO活力上升(P<0.05),且随着时间的延长PO活力为逐渐上升。结论免疫刺激剂植酸、维生素C会引起钉螺PO活力下降,而β-葡聚糖和脂多糖使PO升高。
Objective To study the effects of several common immunosuppressants and agonists on the activity of phenoloxidase (NPO) in Hubei. Methods The experimental snails were immersed in four groups of immunostimulants phytic acid, vitamin C, β-glucan, lipopolysaccharide and dechlorinated water for 60min, and the shells were removed. The soft tissue was harvested for homogenization and centrifugation to obtain crude Enzyme solution to catechol as a substrate by colorimetric assay for each group of enzyme activity, the results were statistically analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the control group and 0h (F = 2.10, P> 0.05). Compared with the control group, the activity of phenoloxidase (PO) decreased after phytic acid and vitamin d administration <0.05). The viability decreased gradually with the prolongation of time, the PO activity increased after treatment with β-glucan and lipopolysaccharide (P <0.05), and the activity of PO increased gradually with the prolongation of time. Conclusions The immunostimulants, phytic acid and vitamin C, cause the decrease of viability of Oncomelania snail and the increase of PO with β-glucan and lipopolysaccharide.
