目前广大农村地区相对于城市的急救服务体系相对落后,尤其乡镇急救医疗体系建设仍然处于空白或起步阶段。本文提出在我国农村地区建立“家庭—乡村医生—乡镇医院—县级医院120急救体系”建设方案的构想,将乡镇急救医疗卫生云服务平台应用到农村地区,其中包含急救医疗云服务、北斗记录仪120急救服务以及远程医疗会诊云服务。乡镇急救医疗云服务平台将成为广东省及全国广大农村地区的样板,为早日实现区域性公共医疗服务均等化以及实现医疗卫生大数据的云服务奠定了坚实的基础。
At present, the emergency service system of the vast rural area relative to the city is relatively backward, especially the construction of the emergency medical system in towns and villages is still at a blank or initial stage. This paper proposes to establish the concept of building “family-village doctors-township hospitals-county-level hospitals 120 emergency system” in rural areas of our country and apply the township emergency medical and health cloud service platform to rural areas, including emergency medical cloud service, Compass logger 120 emergency services and remote medical consultation cloud services. The township emergency medical cloud service platform will become a model in Guangdong Province and the vast rural areas in the country and will lay a solid foundation for the early realization of equalization of regional public health services and the realization of cloud services for medical and health big data.
