为了避免同一跨度内的起重机因互相推车、碰撞而发生事故,使在两起重机接触时,能自动使起重机断电而无法碰撞,从而确保起重机和人身的安全。我们设计了一种弹簧推杆式电控联锁安全控制机构,有效地解决了这个问题。现就其结构和使用原理作一简要介绍。 1.结构如附图所示,在起重机弹簧缓冲器的壳体上,焊上两个支架5和8,外径φ43mm的移动杆1穿进这两个支架上φ45mm的孔中。移动杆的左端头焊上φ100mm的圆盘,杆上铣制出宽10.5mm、长200mm的导向槽14。固定板2
