We applied 2.5% glutaraldehyde-treated infant dura graft to repair 9 cases of tympanic membrane, and stopped using 5 ears due to immune rejection. Treatment of the graft: Fresh fetal death of the dura removed, soaked with 2.5% glutaraldehyde. Start changing the liquid once a week, once a month after January.
