本文报告57岁女性患者一例,因口腔粘膜特别是舌发红、触痛、麻木以致味觉丧失、进食困难而就诊。患者十年前曾因胃癌行过全胃切除术、人工造胃术及肠疝修复术。检查见舌尖及两侧舌缘具有界线不清,形状不规则的发红面,舌体其他部分因乳头萎缩而呈平滑的薄乳白色面,舌背的发红面与平滑面呈无规律的分布。全舌触痛明显。口腔他部粘膜除有散在性发红面外均显苍白。
This article reports a 57-year-old female patient, due to oral mucosa, especially redness, tenderness, numbness resulting in loss of taste, difficulty eating and treatment. Ten years ago, the patient had undergone total gastrectomy for gastric cancer, artificial gastrostomy and intestinal hernia repair. Check to see the tongue and tongue on both sides of the edge with unclear, irregular reddish noodles, the other parts of the tongue due to atrophy of the nipple was smooth thin creamy white face, tongue back red and smooth surface showed a non-regular distribution . The whole tongue tenderness obvious. His oral mucosa in addition to scattered redness were pale outside.
