煤体的低渗特性制约了瓦斯的抽采,水力压裂技术是提高煤体渗透率的有效手段,为了将地面压裂工艺引入到煤矿井下,对煤体进行压裂增透,河南理工大学与宝鸡航天动力泵业联合研发了煤矿井下水力压裂泵组。该泵组由柱塞泵、液力变速箱、电动机、电控柜、远程操作台及远传视频监控台等部分组成,它在井下运输安装方便、操控简单,安全、排量和压力可以满足井下压裂的需求。现场应用表明,该泵组工作性能良好,压裂后渗透率大幅度提高,实现了压裂增透的目的。
