由于北京电视台新闻直播演播室的许多设备老化,且原设计采取的应急处理方式在主要设备出现单点故障后不能实现视音频信号的无缝切换,影响到了直播的安全性。根据新闻直播的技术流程,按照安全第一、高效运行、技术先进、操作灵活的原则,我们对承担新闻直播任务的演播室进行了一系列的技术改造,采用了主备路播出信号互为备份及主要视音频设备双机热备份的技改方案;同时使用主备视频服务器代替传统录像机进行新闻节目素材上载和播放等一系列的技术改造,在最大程度地避免技术设备单点故障所带来的技术隐患。此技术构架经过实践证明,有一定的实效性和推广价值。
