目的:探讨肝脏肿瘤患者采用多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)与磁共振(MRI)的影像学特点及鉴别价值。方法:随机选取遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院2014年9月至2016年9月的80例肝脏肿瘤患者,依次给予多层螺旋CT扫描、MRI扫描,观察并分析两组诊断方式的影像学特点及其它们的临床价值。结果:80例患者经多层螺旋CT诊断发现,有42例原发性肝癌、22例血管瘤、16例肝脏局灶性结节性增生。其中有6例患者经CT扫描未出现异常现象,随后实施MRI扫描方法,T2W1、SE、T1W1、STIR序列呈现出明显的异常信号,再增强扫描,可以清楚地看到患者的病灶图像。结论:多层螺旋CT与MRI联合诊断肝脏肿瘤患者,这可以显著提高临床诊断的有效性,使诊断效果更加准确,有利于患者的及时治疗,有利于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the imaging features and differential value of multi-slice helical computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in patients with liver tumors. Methods: Totally 80 patients with hepatic tumors from September 2014 to September 2016 in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College (Zhuhai Hospital) were randomly selected. Multi-slice spiral CT and MRI were performed sequentially to observe and analyze the images of the two diagnostic methods Features and their clinical value. Results: 80 cases of patients diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT found that there were 42 cases of primary liver cancer, 22 cases of hemangioma, 16 cases of hepatic focal nodular hyperplasia. Among them, 6 cases showed no abnormal CT scan, then MRI scan method showed obvious abnormal signals in T2W1, SE, T1W1 and STIR sequences. After enhanced scan, the lesion images of patients were clearly seen. Conclusion: The combination of MSCT and MRI in the diagnosis of liver cancer patients can significantly improve the effectiveness of clinical diagnosis and make the diagnosis more accurate, which is in favor of timely treatment of patients and is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients.
