不绣冷轨带钢(DRAP)轧钢辊系的几十个不同类型的辊分布在约600 m的长度上,最大高差达10 m。实现对各个轧钢辊的检测是确保安全生产的重要前提,检测工作具有测量精度高、测量难度大、测量空间狭窄等缺点。本文基于激光跟踪仪任意姿态下的三维边角网平差模型并顾及边角合理赋权,在狭长空间内建立高精度的首级三维控制网,通过激光跟踪仪任意姿态自由设站模型,依次检测各个轧钢辊的平行度、水平度等参数,以此为基础进行各个轧钢辊的精密调整以满足设计要求,对于DRAP轧钢辊系的安全生产具有重要意义。
