现代组合机床设计制造企业中广泛采用了“3D模型+2D标注”的研发模式,设计制造串行工作,耗时耗力,出错率高。MBD技术用完整表达产品尺寸、公差等信息的三维实体模型作为设计制造过程的唯一依据,集成NX和Teamcenter通用软件平台、产品数据管理系统和知识库管理系统,形成MBD数据管理平台。为保证三维模型所含大量信息的安全性,研究基于三维模型信息和角色的数据管理方法,利用产生式规则在两者之间建立权限关系,通过推理机管理数据,形成MBD数据管理的工作流程,并利用滑台模型实现全模型查询和简化查询。该技术应用于现代机床产品研发制造过程,可有效的提高数据利用率,推进企业三维化进程。
