1986年我局对1984年在农村招聘的142名从事乡镇财政工作的合同制干部,按照我局规定的考核标准,进行了全面考察。考察结果:解聘的4人,其余续聘。我们在做好续聘、解聘工作中,有以下几点体会: 一、明确考核标准,是搞好续聘、解聘工作的前提。我们在对合同制干部考核前,制订了德、能、勤、绩等四个方面考核的具体标准,采用了百分制记分办法。规定考德25分,记分标准是:(1)拥护改革.坚决执行党的路线、方针、政策;(2)全心全意为人民服务,办事公道、热情、认真、负责:(3)遵守党纪国法,坚持原则,廉洁奉公,作风正派。考能
