刘金玲是山东青岛海利尔药业集团股份有限公司的员工。海利尔药业创立于1999年,是从事各类农药研制、开发、生产和销售的国家定点农药生产企业。刘金铃进入公司6年来,主要从事制剂研发工作,她所在的研发中心于2010年被认定为国家级企业技术中心,成为华北地区行业内唯一的国家级企业技术中心。目睹企业从一个名不见经传的小作坊发展成为国内品牌第一、销售第二的同行业龙头企业,刘金玲对海利尔产生了一种难以割舍的情怀。
