目的:探讨通痹汤合西药吲哚美辛肠溶片、布洛芬治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组45例,西药对照组35例,临床观察3个月后,进行疗效统计分析。结果:治疗组总有效率100%,控显率66.70%;对照组总有效率82.3%,控显率42.9%,两组比较P<0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗活动期强直性脊柱炎对改善临床症状,改善整体功能,降低血沉ESR,C反应蛋白CRP、免疫球蛋白IgA水平等方面均有显著疗效。
Objective: To investigate Tongbi Tang combined with indometacin enteric-coated tablets, ibuprofen treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis curative effect. Methods: Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases), western medicine control group (35 cases). After 3 months clinical observation, the curative effect was analyzed statistically. Results: The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group and the control rate was 66.70%. The total effective rate was 82.3% in the control group and 42.9% in the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: Integrative treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis in improving clinical symptoms, improving overall function, reducing ESR, C-reactive protein CRP, IgA levels and other aspects have a significant effect.
