Acidic, Phenolic and other Convenient Methods for Isolation and Purification of Rice Leaf Nucleic Acid Content. Experiments show that the hybrid rice Shanyou 2 (F_1) leaf nucleic acid content higher than that of the parent, indicating hybrid rice nucleic acid content on the performance of heterosis.
