《幼儿教师素质提升工程指导意见》方案及相关标准的出台,对推进学前教育课程改革,改进民办幼儿园保教工作,提升幼儿园教师的专业素养,提高幼儿园保教质量具有十分重要的意义和价值!本文就我园教师的素质提升的系统化、目标化和层次化,结合工程方案的具体要求,给予了具体阐述。
