目的对石墨炉原子吸收法测定氧化锌中铅的不确定度进行评定,以期找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检验结果提供科学依据。方法用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定氧化锌中铅,通过考察方法流程,分析不确定度的来源并进行不确定度的评定。结果氧化锌中铅的浓度为X=45.22μg·~(-1),扩展不确定度为3.808μg·L~(-1),k=2,测量结果表示为(45.22±3.808)μg·L~(-1),k=2。结论本方法可为原子吸收分光光度法测定原辅料中重金属及有害元素含量的不确定度分析提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of lead in zinc oxide by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry in order to find the factors that affect the uncertainty and provide a scientific basis for evaluating the test results. Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine lead in zinc oxide. By examining the method flow, the source of uncertainty was analyzed and the uncertainty was evaluated. Results The concentration of lead in zinc oxide was X = 45.22μg · -1, the uncertainty of expansion was 3.808μg · L -1, k = 2, the result was (45.22 ± 3.808) μg · L ~ (-1), k = 2. Conclusion This method can provide reference for the determination of the uncertainty of heavy metals and harmful elements in raw materials by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
