农村高素质,稳定而又有教育奉献精神的教师队伍的建立,关系到广大农村基础教育中的素质教育的发展建设。因此,在农村的教育行政管理中应实施“抓师魂,立制度,强培训,提素质,广激励”的多元化管理模式。本文主要阐述了打造农村高素质教师队伍的必要性和可行性。
The establishment of a contingent of highly qualified, stable and educated teachers in rural areas has a bearing on the development and construction of quality education in the vast rural basic education. Therefore, in the rural education administration should be implemented “grasp the spirit of the teacher, establish the system, strong training, improve quality, wide incentive ” diversified management mode. This article mainly expounds the necessity and feasibility of building a contingent of highly qualified teachers in rural areas.
