龙井苗圃始建于上个世纪60年代,占地25公顷,育苗面积22.4公顷,设备设施齐全,是延边地区大型苗圃之一。近几年,苗圃开始引种繁育绿化花卉苗木,从单一的造林育苗向城市绿化、美化彩化、香化等多功能育苗方向转变,培育多样化苗木及绿化苗木快捷的品种,因地制宜依托丰富的观赏植物资源大力发展具有本地区域特色的名、特、优绿化苗木。现培育的有常绿乔木、彩叶乔木、花灌木、宿根花卉等60多个品种、100余万株。产品远销朝鲜,内蒙、长春等地。
