一、问题的提出 由某矿治炼的炭钢中含有残余Ni、Cr合金元素,因而在起草某普炭钢暂行技术条件时,以降低钢号含C量水平来抵消残余合金元素的强化作用。 附表一列出某普炭钢各类钢材,各个钢号性能合格率统计。反映了1~#、2~#钢中板延伸性能甚差,3~#、4~#钢强度偏低。因此,尚需对暂行技术条件进行某些修改。 根据试验数据,本文从统计分析入手,运用回归分析的方法,研究成份与性能之间的变化关系,其目的是为了验证普炭钢暂行技术条件的合理性,并为制订合适的技术条件提供途径和依据。
