为进一步督促地方落实水利建设主体责任,加快推进水利建设进度,11月12~13日,自治区人民政府副主席王玉明率水利厅党组书记、厅长戈锋、自治区人民政府副秘书长牧远对兴安盟重大水利工程建设情况进行督查。在听取兴安盟行署关于水利工程建设进展和投资计划执行情况的汇报后,王玉明副主席要求,兴安盟要高度重视重大水利工程建设,下决心解决当前工程投资完成率低、地方配套资金不落实等突出问题,全力加快投资计划执行进度,坚决完成国家提出的“确保重大水利工程年度中央投资计划完成90%以上、其他水利工程完成80%以上”的目标。
