受联合国框架下的南南合作金融中心委托,“发展中国家金融领袖高级研修项目”(此后简称“高级研修项目”)于2016年5月30日至2016年6月5日期间在清华大学五道口金融学院举办。本文将“高级研修项目”举办期间交流讨论的精彩观点进行总结,解答了关于南南合作和“一带一路”战略的部分疑问,认为南南合作开展关键在于思路,在于方法:所谓思路是从实际出发,所谓方法是发展经济特区、自贸区、工业园区。
Entrusted by the South-South Cooperation Financial Center under the UN framework, the “Senior Finance Project Learners of Developing Countries” (hereinafter referred to as the “Advanced Learning Project”) was held from May 30, 2016 to June 5, 2016 Held at Tsinghua University Wudaokou Finance Institute.
