目的应用高分辨率血流成像(high definition flow,HDF)技术对胎儿腹部静脉系统进行显示,探讨HDF在胎儿腹部静脉系统中的应用价值。方法根据胎儿腹部静脉系统三平面扫查法,采用HDF技术对300例正常胎儿脐静脉、静脉导管、下腔静脉、肝静脉、门静脉、脾静脉进行显像,并与彩色多普勒显像进行对比。结果 CDFI及HDF对脐静脉、下腔静脉的显示率均100%;CDFI静脉导管显示率96%(289/300),HDF静脉导管显示率99%(296/300);CDFI肝静脉显示率87%~89%,HDF肝静脉显示率98%;CDFI门静脉的显示率42%~47%,HDF门静脉的显示率93%;CDFI脾静脉显示率35%,HDF脾静脉显示率82%;肝静脉、门静脉、脾静脉显示率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HDF技术可清晰显示胎儿腹部静脉系统,在肝静脉、门静脉、脾静脉的显像优势明显,对胎儿腹部解剖定位及研究静脉系统变异、畸形有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the value of HDF in fetal abdominal venous system by using high definition flow (HDF) technique to display fetal abdominal venous system. Methods According to the three-dimensional scanning method of fetal abdominal venous system, 300 cases of normal fetal umbilical vein, intravenous catheter, inferior vena cava, hepatic vein, portal vein and splenic vein were imaged by HDF technique and performed with color Doppler imaging Compared. Results CDFI and HDF showed 100% of umbilical vein and inferior vena cava. The CDFI venous catheter showed 96% (289/300), HDF venous catheter showed 99% (296/300), CDFI hepatic vein showed 87% % ~ 89%, HDF hepatic vein showed rate of 98%; CDFI portal vein showed rate of 42% to 47%, HDF portal vein showed 93%; CDFI splenic vein showed rate of 35%, HDF splenic vein showed rate of 82%; hepatic vein , Portal vein, splenic vein showed a statistically significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The HDF technique can clearly show the fetal venous system of the fetus. It has obvious advantages in the imaging of hepatic veins, portal veins and splenic veins. It is of great significance to anatomize the fetus and to study the variation and deformity of venous system.
