目的:建立高效液相色谱测定小儿生理多盐注射液中乳酸钠含量的方法。方法:取小儿生理多盐注射液直接进样,岛津公司LC—6B高效液相色谱仪分离测定。色谱条件:Shim—Pack CLC—DOS(15cm×6mm ID)分析柱,ODS保护柱,(北京分析仪器厂),流动相为0.1%磷酸水溶液,流速0.6ml/min;检测波长217nm,柱温35℃,进样量10μl。结果:乳酸钠峰保留时间约为7min,分离度2.1,理论板数4579。回归方程Y=0.1844+0.000007868X r=0.9999,线性浓度范围是2.541~5.930mg/ml。平均回收率99.8%,RSD%0.7328(n=5)。结论;用高效液相色谱测定小儿生理多盐注射液中乳酸钠含量,操作简便,结果准确。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of sodium lactate in children physiological saline injection by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: Take children physiological saline injection direct injection, Shimadzu LC-6B high performance liquid chromatographic separation and determination. Chromatographic conditions: Shim-Pack CLC-DOS (15cm × 6mm ID) analytical column, ODS guard column, (Beijing Analytical Instrument Factory), mobile phase 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution, flow rate 0.6ml / min; detection wavelength 217nm, column temperature 35 ℃, injection volume 10μl. Results: Sodium lactate peak retention time of about 7min, resolution 2.1, the theoretical plate number 4579. The regression equation Y = 0.1844 + 0.000007868X r = 0.9999, linear range of 2.541 ~ 5.930mg / ml. The average recovery was 99.8% with a RSD of 0.7328 (n = 5). Conclusion; Determination of sodium lactate content in children physiological saline injection by high performance liquid chromatography, simple and convenient operation, the result is accurate.
