目的 研究桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中白细胞介素 10 (IL 10 )的表达情况。方法 采用免疫组化法研究 9例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织手术标本中IL 10的表达水平和分布情况 ,同时以 11例结节性甲状腺肿及 7例甲状腺腺瘤旁正常甲状腺组织标本作为对照。结果 ① 9例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中IL 10均有表达 ,其中弱阳性 3例 ,中度阳性 4例 ,强阳性 2例 ;②IL 10的表达部位主要在甲状腺滤泡细胞的胞浆中 ,淋巴细胞浸润明显的区域内滤泡细胞的阳性率较高 ,甲状腺内浸润淋巴细胞中偶见表达 ;③结节性甲状腺肿及甲状腺腺瘤旁正常甲状腺组织中几乎无IL 10表达。结论 IL 10在桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺组织中有不同程度表达 ;在非自身免疫性疾病的结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺腺瘤旁正常组织中几乎无表达。甲状腺滤泡细胞可能是桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺产生IL 10的主要部位。IL 10在桥本甲状腺炎的发生发展中可能具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin 10 (IL 10) in thyroid tissue of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to study the expression and distribution of IL 10 in thyroid tissues of 9 patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Eleven patients with nodular goiter and 7 normal thyroid tissue adjacent to thyroid adenoma were used as controls. Results ① Thirteen cases of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis showed IL 10 expression in thyroid tissue, among which 3 were weakly positive, 4 moderately positive and 2 were strongly positive. ② The expression of IL 10 was mainly in cytoplasm of thyroid follicular cells, The positive rate of follicular cells in lymphocytes with obvious infiltration of lymphocytes is high, occasionally expressed in infiltrating lymphocytes in thyroid; ③No expression of IL-10 in nodular goiter and normal thyroid tissue adjacent to thyroid adenoma. Conclusions IL 10 is expressed in thyroid tissues of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis to varying extents. There is almost no expression of IL-10 in non-autoimmune diseases such as nodular goiter and normal thyroid adenoma. Thyroid follicular cells may be Hashimoto & apos; s Thyroiditis The main site of IL10 production in the thyroid gland. IL 10 in the occurrence and development of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis may be of great significance.
