本文以英安煤矿工会组织的工作开展情况为例,较为系统的论述了煤炭企业工会在新时期更好地维护和帮扶困难职工,满足他们的各项基本的生活利益,充分发挥煤炭企业党组织联系煤矿职工群众的桥梁和纽带作用,建立覆盖面广阔的困难职工帮扶网络,更好地发挥煤矿企业中工会的组织帮扶和救助引导作用,切实为困难职工解决实际困难,维护职工利益。
This article takes the work carried out by Angang Coal Mine Union as an example. It systematically discusses that coal trade unions should better safeguard and help their needy workers in the new era, satisfy their basic living interests and give full play to the coal enterprises’ We should organize the bridge and linkages between coal mine workers and the masses, establish a network of workers and staff members with vast coverage, and give full play to the role of trade unions in coal mining enterprises in helping organizations and helping people to help them effectively solve practical problems and safeguard their interests.
