成本控制是企业经营工作的重要内容,成本控制能力的强弱体现了企业的管理水平,在谋求良好经济效益的过程中,如何以最小的投入获得最大的利润,是企业经营管理的重中之重。结合本企业自身生产实际情况,提出了加强钢结构制造企业成本管控的重要方法,并指出通过有效提高成本控制意识、提高施工过程的生产效率、降低施工过程的采购成本和物料消耗、完善成本管理制度等办法可以有效降低施工成本。
Cost control is an important part of the enterprise management. The strength of cost control reflects the management level of the enterprise. In the process of seeking good economic benefits, it is the most important operation and management of the enterprise to obtain the maximum profit with the minimum investment weight. According to the actual situation of our own production, this paper puts forward an important method to strengthen the cost management and control of the steel structure manufacturing enterprises. It also points out that by effectively raising the awareness of cost control, improving the production efficiency of the construction process, reducing the procurement cost and material consumption in the construction process, System and other methods can effectively reduce construction costs.
