目的:研究一种快捷,实用,便于普及的多种有机磷类农药残留检测方法。方法:样品采用无水硫酸钠研磨,乙酸乙酯超声提取,滤液浓缩后过CARB/NH2柱净化,选用DB-1701石英毛细管气相色谱柱进行分离,火焰光度检测器检测。结果:本方法实现22种常见有机磷类农药的快速分离检测,不同浓度加标回收实验的回收率介于70%~110%之间,对单一浓度样本平行测定,精密度小于10%。各组分检出限均可达到0.01 mg/kg。结论:本方法快捷,简便,实用性强,适用于各个检测部门用于有机磷类农药的检测。
Objective: To study a fast, practical, easy to popularize a variety of organic phosphorus pesticide residues detection method. Methods: Samples were extracted with anhydrous sodium sulphate and extracted with ethyl acetate. The filtrate was concentrated and purified by CARB / NH2 column. DB-1701 quartz capillary gas chromatography was used for separation and flame photometric detection. Results: The method was applied to the rapid separation and detection of 22 common organic phosphorus pesticides. The recoveries of different concentration spiked recoveries ranged from 70% to 110%. The precision was less than 10% for single concentration samples. The detection limit of each component can reach 0.01 mg / kg. Conclusion: The method is fast, simple and practical, suitable for the detection of organic phosphorus pesticides in various testing departments.
