作者回顾了1980年元月1日～1983年6月30日杰克逊纪念医院住院的伴有获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)结核病23例,患者均在结核菌培养阳性后1周内用药。其中7例结核病与AIDS同时诊断,16例结核病诊断后1～15月才确定伴有AIDS。作者对23例抗结核治疗前后的X线胸片进行分析。男19例,女4例,年龄21～49岁。23例中,痰或支气管灌洗液结核菌培养阳性的肺结核患者17例。培
The authors reviewed 23 patients with Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) tuberculosis hospitalized at Jackson Memorial Hospital from January 1, 1980 to June 30, 1983. All patients were treated within 1 week after TB cultures were positive. Among them, 7 cases of tuberculosis and AIDS were diagnosed at the same time, and 16 cases of tuberculosis were diagnosed with AIDS 1-15 months after diagnosis.
