香港、澳门和台湾地区是特殊的区域经济体,是中国整体经济区的组成部分。港澳台地区与中国其他经济区的联系与合作是为在新的时期实现中华民族的振兴而进行带有全局性共同利益的经济运作活动。文章根据港澳台地区经济发展的实际,兼顾考虑中国内地31个省级区域和港澳台地区指标数据的可获得性原则,首次构建了港澳台地区经济综合竞争力指标评价体系和分析模型,采用2006～2007两年的数据,对港澳台地区的经济综合竞争力进行评价比较。通过对评价结果的分析,总结了若干点有益启示,以期能加强中国内地各省市区经济综合竞争力的研究与应用。
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are special regional economies and are part of China’s overall economic zone. The liaison and cooperation between Hong Kong, Maucao and other economic zones in China is an economic operation with global common interests aimed at the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in a new era. Based on the actual economic development in Hong Kong, Maucao and Taiwan regions and considering the availability of the index data of 31 provincial regions and Hong Kong, Maucao and Taiwan regions in Mainland China, this paper builds the evaluation system and analysis model of the comprehensive competitiveness index of Hong Kong, Maucao and Taiwan regions for the first time. ~ 2007 two years of data, the comprehensive competitiveness of Hong Kong, Maucao regions to evaluate the comparison. Through the analysis of the evaluation results, a number of useful enlightenments were summarized with a view to strengthening the research and application of the comprehensive economic competitiveness of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in mainland China.
