分析了河南省土地资源特点及土地生产潜力，并依据耕地资源、粮食单产及总产的历史变化特点和当前的实际情况，对粮食单产、总产进行了预测。在此基础上分析了2000年至2030年在不同生活水准下的人口承载力，最后提出了提高土地人口承载力的措施。
The characteristics of land resources and land productivity in Henan Province were analyzed. According to the characteristics of cultivated land resources, the historical changes of grain yield and total output and the current actual situation, the yield per unit of grain and total output were predicted. Based on this, the population carrying capacity under different living standards from 2000 to 2030 was analyzed. Finally, measures to increase the carrying capacity of land were put forward.
