小松制作所会长河合良一,以日中经济协会代会长的身分,于今年5月28日到31日率领了由160多人组成的日本扩大贸易访华团访问了我国。并与我方签署了会谈纪要。6月30日,日中经济协会召开第二十九次理事会,推举河合良一任该会会长。按小松制作所是日本最大的综合建设机械制造商。生产铲土机占日本国内市场百分之六十以上。资本406亿日元(1984年5月)营业额6113亿日元(1983年12月)。本文是他就任日中经济协会会长时的致辞。
