本文综合文献,阐述有关心脏舒张功能障碍的发生机制及生化基础,并探讨了心脏舒张功能障碍与心力衰竭的有关临床问题及治疗措施。对充血性心力衰竭的病理生理和治疗均提出了一些新概念。
This article synthesizes the literature, expounds the mechanism and biochemical basis of diastolic dysfunction, and discusses the clinical problems and treatment measures of diastolic dysfunction and heart failure. On the pathophysiology of congestive heart failure and treatment have proposed some new concepts.
